Once you're logged in and looking at the appropriate course, you can simply click "Enrol Learner" to add a new learner.
As soon as you enter the email, if Chutri-Lo recognizes that learner from a previous enrolment, it will automatically pull in their name. If not, you just enter it manually. If this is a brand new learner, the system will remember them for future enrolments on different courses.
If you have a number of learners to add at one time, you have the option of using the bulk registration tool. This tool provides a convenient user interface to add multiple learners quickly and efficiently. You can even upload a CSV spreadsheet with all of the learner details. Making the process extremely fast and straightforward.
The next step is to provide to triload basic information about this registration. Specifically, it collects the funding source and funding status of the learner, so that you're able to easily keep track of how your learners are funded and the status of that funding throughout the whole process. Later on, if there are issues with funding such as a learner having not paid before the course commences, to triload is able to highlight this to you, so that you're able to quickly identify and handle the problem.
Finally, you can initiate the email sequence for this learner. Once you push this button, a booking confirmation will be immediately sent to the learner, with the option for them to RSVP, confirming their attendance to the course.
All subsequent emails, such as course reminders, and course materials distribution, is fully automated from this point. You don't need to do anything manually. For your learners to keep receiving these notifications.
Every email that you Tutrilo sends to your learners is listed against the course on which they are enrolled. At any moment you're able to see whether they have seen that email or not. Given you a level of confidence that your learner has received your communication.
Tutrilo's Dynamic Email Generation changes the call to action depending on the state of a learner. If a learner has not confirmed, they're intent to attend the course, tutorial I will prompt them in the email sequences to click and confirm their intent and to attend. This again helps you to prevent no shows and gives you a level of confidence that your learners are engaged and understand what is required of them to attend the course.
